Your financial records are personal.

Netted helps you track investments, shared investment profits, budgets, and credit card rewards. It is currently in beta. This page explains what information you share with Netted and how to manage your records.

Information you share

When you sign in with Google, Netted receives your name, email address, and a Google account identifier. You choose which stock purchases and sales, account balances, income, expenses, investment contributions, shared expenses, future purchase plans, and credit card reward details to save. Netted does not request access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive files.

For Cash Back Maxing, select or enter credit card product names, such as Blue Cash Everyday, and their cash back categories and rates. Do not enter full credit card numbers, credit card security codes (CVV/CVC), bank or brokerage passwords, or Social Security numbers anywhere in Netted, including notes.

Importing brokerage activity

Brokerage files are read on your device for you to review. The original file is not uploaded to Netted; the purchase and sale records you select and save are added to your workspace. Check the imported dates, share quantities, and costs against your brokerage statement before saving. Netted does not currently link directly to bank or brokerage accounts, place stock trades, or transfer money.

Who processes your information

Netted uses Google for Google sign-in and Vercel and Supabase to operate the app and store saved records. Financial records are stored in the United States. Google sign-in does not send your financial records to Google. These providers may process your IP address, request times, and security logs to operate and protect their services.

Access to your saved records

To open your saved records, sign in with Google and enter the verification code from your authenticator app. Other Netted users cannot access your workspace through their accounts. You may be asked to sign in again after inactivity. Sign out when you finish using a shared device.

Authorized Netted administrators and service providers can access saved information for operations and support. Your records are not encrypted in a way that makes them readable only by you. No online service can guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access.

Devices and downloaded backups

When you use the installed website on desktop and phone, sign in with the same Google account to access the same saved workspace. Open, visible workspaces periodically check for changes; unsaved drafts do not sync. An internet connection is required.

Devices & backups lets you download a password-protected copy of your saved records and layout for the standalone HTML edition. The password is used on your device and is not sent to Netted. Keep it separately: support cannot reset backup passwords. Restoring into the HTML app replaces that local workspace. Local HTML edits do not automatically return to your online account.

Protect downloaded files separately. The standalone HTML app has no sign-in and does not encrypt its browser database; use a device lock, a separate browser profile and regular encrypted backups.

Cookies and your device

Netted uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. This version does not include advertising, track your behavior for analytics, or record your browsing session. Signing out clears your financial records from the displayed workspace. It does not delete files you downloaded or screenshots you took; protect those copies separately.

Your records and choices

The sample workspace contains fictional information. Your saved workspace starts empty when you first sign in. You can export your trade ledger and correct or remove supported entries in the app. Removing or reversing an entry may retain the original record as part of your financial history; it does not necessarily erase that information from Netted.

To request a copy of all your saved records, deletion of your account and records, a correction you cannot make in the app, or help accessing your account after losing your authenticator, contact contact.netted@gmail.com. We need to verify your identity before acting on these requests. Saved financial history is retained until you request deletion. Copies in provider backups and security logs may remain for separate retention periods.

Contact support or report a security concern

If you need help or suspect someone accessed your account, email contact.netted@gmail.com. Describe the issue without sending passwords, sign-in verification codes, authenticator setup keys, full credit card numbers, or financial statements with personal details visible. Netted support will not ask you to share passwords, sign-in verification codes, or authenticator setup keys by email.
